Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Refunds are not possible if more than 14 days have passed since you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Photos of the item you received may be necessary to process your return request.
We reserve the right to deny any return request if we suspect fraud.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the shipping label and the return shipping fees to our address in China.
Returned items will not be accepted without our prior approval.
We may choose to reject your refund request if the returned product is not in its original condition.

Orders Not Received
There may be situations where orders are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs inspection).
We may issue a refund upon request only if more than 60 days have passed. Once your order has been shipped, please understand that we cannot process any refunds unless 60 days have passed.
Cancelling or Modifying Orders
For orders placed by mistake, you have up to 12 hours from the time of purchase to email us and request a cancellation. After 12 hours, we can no longer cancel your order.
If you placed the wrong order and wish to change the size or color, we will contact the carrier, but we cannot guarantee any changes, especially if the order has already shipped.
Disputes
If a customer opens a dispute against us for any reason (via credit card company, VISA, or Mastercard), the customer automatically forfeits all rights to our customer service.
Our after-sales support will be immediately terminated. Any further requests for refunds, returns, or replacements will be invalid, and the matter will be handed over to the appropriate authorities.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The item will be replaced at no additional cost if:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Additionally, ordering multiple sizes with the intention of keeping only one is not allowed, as we provide a size chart to help you determine the correct fit beforehand.

Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
